TurboTax accounts cannot be deleted. As long as you haven't paid the TurboTax Online fee, you can clear any information you entered using the Clear and Start Over feature. You can, however, deactivate your TurboTax account. In such a case, you would be needed to provide identification documentation to substantiate who you are.
